1. Is your card service free?
Yes the service on CardWeaver is absolutely free for all the users to browse and send cards to anyone.
2. Is there a limit to the cards that I can send?
No! You can send as many cards as you like. That's what the system is made for.
3. How do I print the card?
The Card is an HTML file which you can see on your browser. If you would like to print this, simply hit the print button on your browser.
4. Can I submit my own quotations, images & music? Will you use them?
We welcome and appreciate all user contributions. The creative team loves to receive ideas and contributions from our users. Thank You.
5. How do I know that the recipient has viewed my card?
There are two ways for you to find out when the recipient has viewed your card. You can always login to your account on CardWeaver site and see the cards that you have sent have been viewed or not. You can also choose the e-mail notification option, to automatically receive an acknowledgement email when the recipient views the card.
6. I want to use my own background. What do I do?
We currently do not have an option that allows you to upload your own background. This is under development and will be online shortly.
7. The image that I have chosen is appearing distorted. Why?
Most likely this is due to your browser. Our site is optimized IE 3.01 or higher versions. Please try with any of these.
8. Creating Your Own Greetings and Photos and/or Images
CardWeaver may allow you to create your own greetings by uploading your own photos, artwork and other materials in announcement section. If we do and you do so, you are subject to the conditions outlined in these Terms. When you upload photos and/or images to the Site you are indicating that you own the photo and/or image and/or have full rights to its use.When you upload material to the Site and use it to create a greeting, your material will be used for the transmission of your digital greeting. |
